A few days ago, I wrote about Amazon’s upcoming release of Echo that could involve a camera and / or glasses. Part of it speculated that a bigger play could involve coming into the home and loading up groceries.

It seems Walmart has been thinking the same thing. This makes sense — Walmart has already partnered with Google as both a retailer for the Google Home but also as a potential partner for fulfillment of orders.

Of course, there are potential drawbacks of such a service but the plus side is potentially life automation — where we don’t need to worry about chores and can just focus on work.
