It’s not enough just to create an FAQ Skill for your brand. One of the first Skills (if not the first) was Campbell Soup recipes. It was a done thing when it started.
However, the interaction with this type of Skill is clunky and unremarkable. Yawn. What’s still left and has yet to be properly implemented is engaging with Alexa through hardware. Something in the real world triggers the interaction with Alexa. If opening a can of soup made Alexa wake up and ask if you’d like some ideas on elevating that experience — that would be remarkable.
There’s a lot more left to be done than churn out boring Skills.
