“That’s not a name I can respond to”

Hi! My name is… what?

If you call an Alexa device “OK Google” after it’s been triggered, she’ll reject you with the line above. This problem happens a bit for me because:

1. I have Google Home or Home Mini located next to my Echos.
2. I have follow up mode setup on the Echos.

The scenario happens when I’m not happy with the response that Alexa has provided.

How should the Echo react? It should ignore the request altogether. Sometimes, no response is the best response.
