I can’t speak to the other music services that are out there, but Spotify seems to do a great job of being able to stream music to different devices in a cinch. The app (or desktop program) automatically lists available devices to stream to and then allows you to play the current playlist to them.

What’s interesting is that even when my Android device is not connected to my home WiFi network, the app seems to understand the location and know that I have an Echo close by to stream to… and this is done seamlessly.

Kudos to Spotify for noticing the little ways it can delight its users.
