Playing music through the Echo Show and Sonos, I noticed a few things that are fairly consistent issues:

  • TuneIn stations might return back silence
  • “Amazon Music is streaming on another device…” even though the music was paused
  • There are some times when nothing plays through Sonos

When it’s hard to know what happened, it a 20% error rate can seem like an 80% one. Flakiness is a binary property and it takes long consistent performance for this label to be removed.
