Sitting Around the Radio
For a brief moment today, I had a flashback to the countless images I had seen of families sitting around the radio listening to programs. Except instead of the radio, we were listening to the Freeze Dance Alexa Skill and my four year old daughter was interacting with the Skill.
When she left the room, I was able to sneak in a round of jeopardy (I’m consistently in the top 1/3). Earlier, I had used the timer functionality or was checking the weather.
I think there might be something to this. could families be reunited with “quality” time that means interacting together with the Echo in the living room? It definitely beats TV.
