Sharing Location
You’re in the car and want to let a colleague know you’re on your way to see them. Better yet, why not just share your location?
Facebook added a feature not too long ago that allows you to share location via Messenger. This is great for a meet up. Finally, it looks like Google on Android has caught up.
“OK Google… share my location with [contact]”
It will share your current coordinates but you can use Google Maps to then go in and share ongoing data.
What needs to be updated is to allow ongoing share with a contact via voice. It should also be possible to initiate through Google Home but then continue as someone leaves their home.
