Sensory guys are experts in this but they’ll say that a good trigger has lots of consonants and syllables and isn’t something normally spoken in normal language. We had the ability at one point to have a user defined trigger and found you had to be careful in training and selecting the trigger word or it would have a huge amount of false accepts:
