Oh, Interesting Headset!
Amazon posted another video, this time with Leslie Jones and JB Smoove talking to each other to fill in for Alexa:
By VPN magic, I was able to see the videos that Amazon had limited to the US:
They’re cute. Perhaps Amazon will roll out celebrity snippets for certain responses vs full speech synthesis.
However, one thing that was really interesting were the headsets. I had tried to find the brand used during unboxing but couldn’t find anything similar:
Might a new gadget released by Amazon be an Alexa mono wireless headset? I could see it being useful for retail and call centres.
