New Skill: Different Ways

One of the Alexa Skills I’ve been working on is now live. It’s called Different Ways. It’s a Skill that can help kids learn more different things are pronounced by people from different places.

The Skills is very simple and uses Speech Synthesis Markup Language to change the accent, speed, and emphasis but repeats the same word in an interactive way. The goal is to for children to learn that people can say the same things in ways different than the way they might say something. Perhaps this can lead to more acceptance of others.
