Meta Video
Meta announced recently it’s Make-A-Video research paper. Essentially, it created an AI that can generate short clips from either a text description or two or more images. You can check out the paper here.
This development takes us closer to a siloed world where content can be instantly created to match what might be entertaining to us at a given moment. There might not be a way to avoid being fully compelled by this content as it is so realistic, relevant, and entertaining.
Just as Google Photos and Apple Photos are able to create cool images and highlight reels, Facebook might do the same with the content we post to create even more interesting items in our feed. What could be the next phase is that once this content is generated and shared on our feed, it could further be manipulated for each member of the audience to experience it in a more compelling fashion.
