How AI is Shaping Society
I’m excited to be on a panel this afternoon on AI’s Impact on Society at the Toronto Tech Summit. What we’re about to see in terms of AI, especially on our day to day, is new tools become available to make us more effective and efficient on our work.
Uber uses AI for route planning. Tools like Boomerang and Grammarly use AI for making us more effective at communication. Alexa and Google Assistant get us answers faster than we can type.
The next challenge is what we do with this new found productivity and how we use to to lead to even bigger improvements in our lives (and the creation of meaning). Excited to hear what the other panelists think!
