The no storefront store has already become to general retail but not to service or food supply as quickly. It needs to exceed the convenience and predictability of going in person for this to happen.
We’re getting there and the ensuing waves of this pandemic are going to solidify this new trend. Why waste on real estate that hardly gets used? And here there are opportunities we haven’t even thought of.
