Blueprint for Customization
Finally getting around to testing out Alexa Blueprints, it’s fairly straightforward to setup custom answers to different questions. It seems that if Amazon built this, there’s an enormous market for hokey jokes. My first attempt was met with very large rolling eyes.
Yes, Blueprints is fantastic for easily creating quick answers and getting critical information into the Echo/Alexa device for creating scenarios for home care or child care (or any care). We saw that need with the Ubi Portal when we released our product. The real opportunity will come when you can feed Alexa (maybe through Blueprints) a lot more information about its surroundings / you for it to come up with the answers on its own.
