That’s the response Bixby gives me… loudly, especially when I asked “open hotspot.” This is typically jarring and I find myself ducking my phone into my pocket or mashing into my sleeve to quiet it.

Getting this type of response from Bixby, Google Assistant, or Siri in public is almost akin to having a speakerphone conversation in front of an audience. The correct and polite response, especially for a small task like this, would be to make a gentle unspoken acknowledgement. If a headset was connected, it would be OK to have a louder spoken response play back to the user.

Better yet, it would be for Bixby to ask via visual cue if I’d like to re-do the last task I requested when I press the Bixby button. Bixby has the capability to be intelligent — it should act with consideration.
