Alexa’s Hearing Loss

I like the screen on the Echo Show 5, but I’m wondering if the device is losing its hearing. Too often, it’s giving me false rejections. “Alexa, Alexa…” no answer.

This just reminds me again that in some user experiences, it’s better to err on the side of false acceptance than false rejection. So it interrupts when it’s loud. That’s OK.

It’s better than being ignored.
