Alexa As A Service
What if there was a button you could press to make your service accessible via Alexa users as a Skill?
Customer service, banking, hospitality… all went through phases of mobile and web interfaces. In the end, these were just UX layers over APIs. What if the same applied to voice?
That layer could automatically create the glue to connect Alexa Skills Kit or Actions on Google to the service without the need for a developer account or going through Amazon or Google certification.
We need a version of PhoneGap for AI assistants.
