20/12 or Z Flip/Razr?
There’s the S20 and the iPhone 12, and then there are new form factors. The release of an update to a phone is now a non-event. There’s only “this is going to change everything” that we can take and 13 years after the iPhone’s release, we’re exhausted.
More than a new form factor, consumers today might rather have materials that prevent viruses and bacteria to clinging to the surface than more screen. Maybe features that prevent us from touching our face or that have a built in UV disinfectant light would make a mark?
I’m still hoping for a more voice forward phone — something that can operate like the Xowi on Kickstarter. The Pebble Core type form factor is still wide open for someone to come in and play.
